It is located at around 800 metres above sea level, offering guests an extensive view over the Tiber valley and Lake Montedoglio. The house is surrounded by a 300-hectare plot of land with forests and meadows, with many hiking and Nordic walking trails, dug-outs for watching wild animals, a tree house and a mountain hut. Here you can find peace and quiet and absolute privacy, with an unforgettable view! The large, rustic living and dining room has a fireplace, a TV with satellite reception and plenty of tables, benches and chairs, so all guests can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, as well as ample crockery and accessories for catering for a large group. The property comprises six apartments, with a total of ten rooms and seven bathrooms. The first apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom.
