The accommodation is located on the second floor, above a garage, with its own entrance via the stairs next door. Here you live undisturbed with a private balcony where your morning coffee tastes extra good with a view of the forest and land. The homeowner lives in the villa on the property, but you have your own part to land in. Bright and open – space for rest and socializing The apartment has an open plan with kitchen, dining area and living room in one. The simple kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave – everything you need to cook a good dinner after a day of adventure. The dining area has colorful chairs that set a cheerful tone, and the living room has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for one person. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (170 cm) and one with a single bed (80 cm). The bathroom is fresh with a shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage. For golf enthusiasts, Orust Golf Club is a given stop – beautifully located and with a restaurant that serves lunch with a view. Swimming, hiking and archipelago fun The nearest beach is about 3 km away, and within a short drive you will also find Hälleviksstrand – an idyllic place for a full day of swimming, ice cream and rocks. In Nösund there are several beautiful hiking trails in scenic surroundings, and during the summer there are often activities for children such as swimming school and sailing school in the area.
