Welcome to a fantastically beautiful holiday home located in Källa, right by Ölands Golf Club on North Öland. The house, which was built in 2021, really breathes freshness and here you have all the amenities you need. You have a large patio deck at the back with a dining area, sun loungers and a barbecue. There is also a patio with lounge furniture at the front. In the open kitchen you have plenty of space to prepare nice meals, here you will find most of what you need and a dishwasher. The house has large living areas with a dining table, kitchen island and a comfortable sofa group to lean back in. There is a TV with Apple TV and a wide range of TV channels. In the house you have 4 nice bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with a single bed each and one with a bunk bed. The nicely tiled bathroom with underfloor heating has a toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. As it is a quiet area, no loud parties are allowed in the house. Pets are not welcome due to allergies. Not allowed to charge electric cars. You live right next to Ölands Golf Club with its fine 18-hole course and fine restaurant “Källa Mat & Café”. There are fine walking paths here and the Ölandsleden trail that goes past the golf course for those who want to get some exercise. In the summer in Källa there is also the well-known “Källa Glassgård” with its fantastic ice cream creations. You have about 2.5km to the Western coast and 4km to the Eastern coast with fine swimming. Sandbybadet is a fantastic swimming spot with its shallow sandy beach and beautiful sand dunes. It is 4km to Löttorp where there are plenty of restaurants, there is also a nice walking/cycling path there. 4 simple bicycles in existing condition are at your disposal that you are responsible for. There is a lot to discover on North Öland and it is astonishingly beautiful. There are plenty of farm shops, kroppkaks stalls, cafes and studios. In Byxelkrok you can stroll around the small shops in the boathouses in the harbor or enjoy a good meal or a refreshing ice cream. There are incredibly beautiful pebble beaches here. Böda with its undulating sandy beaches is a must visit. Lådbilslandet is popular with families with children.
