Apartment Maru Prestige is situated in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, only two minutes away from the Dubrovnik's main street Stradun. This lovely two story apartment is located next to the famous Dubrovnik Walls, near the Minčeta Tower, one of the popular venues of the Game of Thrones. It has an very easy access, just a few steps through the northern entrance to the city Buža. The apartment, unique in its size, completely renovated in 2018, designed and adapted to make its guests feel like home.
NOTE: The apartment can accommodate 4 adults + 1 kid up to 14 years old at cost of 10 euro per night.

The 74 m square property features an open kitchen, the dining area with spacious living room and a small toilet below the stairs on the first floor.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, water kettle and toaster.
The second floor has two separate bedrooms, one with double king size bed and second with two single beds, hallway and spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Safe deposit box and ironing facilities are at guest disposal.
The apartment has one of the best-rated locations in Dubrovnik. There is an open-air green market within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes and restaurants with local and other cuisines.
Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 50 meters away. We recommend a cable car ride, the station is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. It offers a panoramic views of the historic center and the surrounding islands. Banje Beach can be reached in a 10 minute walk and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minute boat ride away.
Taxi and bus station are 5 minutes away from the property. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are a 15 minute ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 17 km away.

Ich werde es empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Altstadt übernachten möchten. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit allem, was eine vierköpfige Familie braucht.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Maru Prestige. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Apartment war geräumig und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten. Mit vier Erwachsenen waren die zwei Toiletten praktisch. Da es in der Nähe des Buza Gate war, mussten wir mit Koffern nicht zu viele Treppen überwinden, aber es gab trotzdem Treppen. Unsere Gastgeberin war reizend. Sie begrüßte uns sehr spät am Abend, nachdem unser Flugzeug Verspätung hatte, und erklärte uns, wie alles funktionierte.
