Willkommen in unserem 2 1/2-Zimmer Hideaway, das wir hauptsächlich als Familie nutzen. Es ist sonnig, ruhig, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und voller guter Vibes. Einzigartig an diesem Ort ist dessen Raumgefühl - das Wohnzimmer ist 4 Meter hoch mit Sichtbalken an der Decke. Die Wohung befindet sich im oberen Teil von Scuol. Zu den Geschäften sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Talstation der Skiregion Motta-Naluns (neben dem Bahnhof) ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Haus befindet sich ein Ski-/Veloraum zur Benützung, ein Platz in der Parkgarage sowie ein Lift. Nebenkosten vor Ort: Endreinigung CHF 130.- Kurtaxe pro Person CHF 5.00/Tag

Welcome to our 2 1/2 room hideaway, which we mainly use as a family. It's sunny, quiet, nicely furnished, carefully handled and filled with lots of love. Unique to this place is its sense of space - the living room is 4 metres high with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. The apartment is located in the upper part of Scuol. It's a 10min walk down to the shops. The valley station of the ski area Motta-Naluns (next to the train station) is also a 10min walk away. In the house there is a ski/bicycle room for your equipment, an underground car park and an elevator. Service charges on site: Final cleaning CHF 130.- Visitor's tax per person CHF 5.00/day
