A kettle grill can be ordered in advance at no extra charge (tenant must bring their own charcoal and ignition agents). Pets are allowed but are not permitted on sofas or beds. If pets relieve themselves in the yard, the tenant must clean up after them. By the shore, there is a spacious cooking hut and a shallow swimming spot for shared use among the cabins in the area. A 150 m² lakeside sauna can be rented separately from April to September, only for full-day use. There are two hot tubs and two spacious saunas, both of which have their own washroom, and a shared spacious living room and small kitchen. The rental price is 600-1000 e, depending on the number of people and how many hot tubs and saunas are rented. The rent is agreed directly with the owner on the spot. The beach is 90 meters away and visible from the cottage Sea Golf Rönnäs is approx. a 1 km walking distance or 2.6 km by road. The restaurant offers golf privileges.
