Holiday apartment on a farm in Umbria.

The farm is located in the green heart of Italy: Umbria, to be precise in Passage of Bettona, only 15 km away from Perugia and close to some of the most characteristic art cities of the region such as Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio. The farm extends over 40 hectares, 10 of which are planted with olive groves and vineyards, the rest with arable land. The accommodation, recently built, is furnished with care and good taste down to the smallest detail.

It is enriched by a spectacular panorama that opens onto the valley from Perugia to Spoleto. From the windows facing Assisi, the alternation of morning mists, bright sun and fiery sunsets are able to give unique sensations.

Peace and relaxation will be the main ingredients that characterize an unforgettable holiday amidst the greenery, traditions, scents and pristine beauty of the characteristic Umbrian landscape. In the surrounding park, an enchanting salt water infinity pool built with natural stones, equipped with night lighting, will be able to create magical atmospheres on warm summer evenings.
