BeschreibungThis villa is about 25 minutes walk to the center of Playa Blanca and close to the Playa Doradas beach with its turquoise waters perfect for families.This quiet property has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom and 3 single beds spread over the other two bedrooms.It also has two bathrooms (both with shower), so our guests are more comfortable during their stay.Tebar Beach has a nice sea views from the first floor terrace, and private pool in the main terrace.The pool is heated from November to May at no additional cost. Between June and October -exclusively heated under request at an additional cost of € 10 / day.It also has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, fans in another 2 bedrooms, TV with international channels, safe and a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster and kitchen utilities.Relevant information:Playa Blanca is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote.
