Villa Dvori Viškovi is located in Podstrana, quite little town on the Dalmatian coast, approximately 8 km drive away from the famous Split promenade.
Private outdoor seasonal swimming pool surrounded with a spacious sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, private garden, children's pay ground as well as BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at your disposal, which make's this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.
The owner lives in a separate part of the building and is at the guests' service in case something is needed.

This lovely seven bedroom villa with five living room furnished terrace and swimming pool is perfectly fit for up to twenty people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as a LCD TV. Five living rooms comes with sofa and sitting area and they are combined with the equipped indoor kitchens and dining area, as well with one outdoor kitchen and shared dining area. The holiday home has five private bathrooms.
Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are provided.
Lately, Podstrana has been developing as an elite suburb of Split and became an attractive tourist destination due to its lovely gravel beaches, excellent restaurants, hiking and biking trails. The beaches in Podstrana stretch over 5 km, so the guests will be able to enjoy sun and sea during hot summer days.
The nearest beach is located only 600 m away, while grocery store and super market can be found in 500 m rage. The nearest restaurant is located 200 m away from the property.
The bus stop is located 500 m away. Split Airport is approximately 25 km drive away from the property, while ferry port and main bus terminal in Split are 8 km away.

Ein perfekter Gastgeber und eine perfekte Villa! Wir hätten uns von Romeo und seiner wunderschönen Villa nichts Besseres wünschen können. Sie war perfekt für unsere Gruppe von 9 Personen und Romeo war ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der jederzeit bereit war zu helfen. Es gab viel Platz, tolle Verkehrsanbindungen und bessere Einrichtungen, als wir uns erhofft hatten. Wir würden in Zukunft auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten! Für eine 12-köpfige Familie mit jungen Teenagern und jungen Erwachsenen war es perfekt. Der Pool war für uns alleine und makellos, die Unterkunft makellos und jedes Paar hatte seine eigenen Badezimmer und Küchen. Unser Gastgeber Romeo war ein netter Mann, der nur einen Anruf entfernt war. Der Strand war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, mit Mini-Supermarkt und Bäckerei. Toller Grill im argentinischen Stil in einem großen Poolhaus, sodass alle zusammen essen konnten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Villa mit Swimmingpool, perfekt für eine große Familie! Tolle Lage, große Grünfläche mit Spielplatz. Der größte Vorteil ist ein großer Pavillon mit Kamin und ein Swimmingpool mit Liegestühlen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küchen in den Zimmern und im Pavillon, sehr netter Besitzer und Betreuer, wir fühlten uns willkommen und umsorgt,
