The owner lives in a separate part of the building and is at the guests' service in case something is needed.

This lovely seven bedroom villa with five living room furnished terrace and swimming pool is perfectly fit for up to twenty people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as a LCD TV. Five living rooms comes with sofa and sitting area and they are combined with the equipped indoor kitchens and dining area, as well with one outdoor kitchen and shared dining area. The holiday home has five private bathrooms.

Lately, Podstrana has been developing as an elite suburb of Split and became an attractive tourist destination due to its lovely gravel beaches, excellent restaurants, hiking and biking trails. The beaches in Podstrana stretch over 5 km, so the guests will be able to enjoy sun and sea during hot summer days.
The nearest beach is located only 600 m away, while grocery store and super market can be found in 500 m rage. The nearest restaurant is located 200 m away from the property.

For a Family of 12 with young teens and young adults , this was perfect, Pool all to ourselves and spotless , Accomodation spotless and each couple had their own facilities re bathrooms and kitchen, Our host Romeo , lovely man who was only a phone call away, Beach only 10 minutes walk with mini supermarket and bakery same, Great barbeque Argentinian style situated in a large pool house so everyone could eat together, Would highlly recommend,
