Private outdoor seasonal swimming pool surrounded with a spacious sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, private garden, children's pay ground as well as BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at your disposal, which make's this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.
The owner lives in a separate part of the building and is at the guests' service in case something is needed.

This lovely seven bedroom villa with five living room furnished terrace and swimming pool is perfectly fit for up to twenty people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as a LCD TV. Five living rooms comes with sofa and sitting area and they are combined with the equipped indoor kitchens and dining area, as well with one outdoor kitchen and shared dining area. The holiday home has five private bathrooms.
Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are provided.
Lately, Podstrana has been developing as an elite suburb of Split and became an attractive tourist destination due to its lovely gravel beaches, excellent restaurants, hiking and biking trails. The beaches in Podstrana stretch over 5 km, so the guests will be able to enjoy sun and sea during hot summer days.
The nearest beach is located only 600 m away, while grocery store and super market can be found in 500 m rage. The nearest restaurant is located 200 m away from the property.
The bus stop is located 500 m away. Split Airport is approximately 25 km drive away from the property, while ferry port and main bus terminal in Split are 8 km away.

Un hôte parfait et une villa parfaite ! Nous n'aurions pas pu demander plus à Romeo et à sa magnifique villa. C'était parfait pour notre groupe de 9 et Romeo était un hôte incroyable, prêt à aider à tout moment. Il y avait beaucoup d'espace, d'excellentes liaisons de transport et de meilleures installations que ce que nous aurions pu espérer. Nous reviendrons certainement dans le futur ! Merci beaucoup à Romeo d'avoir rendu notre voyage encore plus spécial ! - Eryn, Madi, Erin, Kate, Charlie, Aaron, Scott, Jess et Connor
Pour une famille de 12 personnes avec de jeunes adolescents et de jeunes adultes, c'était parfait, une piscine pour nous tous et impeccable, un logement impeccable et chaque couple avait ses propres installations concernant les salles de bains et la cuisine, notre hôte Roméo, un homme charmant qui n'était qu'à un coup de fil, la plage à seulement 10 minutes à pied avec un mini supermarché et une boulangerie, un excellent barbecue de style argentin situé dans un grand pool house pour que tout le monde puisse manger ensemble, je le recommande vivement,

Très bien située, grand espace vert avec aire de jeux, Le plus gros avantage est un grand gazebo avec cheminée et une piscine avec transats, Cuisines très bien équipées dans les chambres et dans le gazebo, Propriétaire gardien très sympa, nous nous sommes sentis sont accueillis et pris en charge,
