The entire inside living area is situated on the same level as the pool, patio and landscaped gardens. The villa features a fenced private pool, offering stunning panoramic views from inside and outside. The vacation rental is fully equipped with all amenities like free Wi-Fi, air condition and satellite TV. Bedrooms * 3 bedrooms for 6 persons: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom. * 2 bathrooms: one bathroom with bath, toilet, basin & washing machine. Second toilet with basin. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning unit (cool/warm), large mirror, safe and balcony doors with blinds and mosquito shields. Smart TV in sitting area offers ASTRA satellite connection for foreign channels. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils . Laundry facilities: Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack. Note - Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided. Please note that the villa can be reached via a staircase from the local road surface.
