The property is located in scenic surroundings and is a fantastic starting point for winter sports activities. It is only 150 meters from the ski resort and ski lifts at Rauland Ski Center, and there are cross-country ski trails and a lighted trail (2000 meters away) in the vicinity. Only 50 meters to a river, and 3000 meters to the nearest water for swimming or fishing. It is approx. 3000 meters to the nearest grocery store/town. There are 2 parking spaces right by the holiday home. The holiday home is not rented to youth groups.
