The duplex is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and includes a bright living space, a parental bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and private WC, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a 140 cm double bed separated by a curtain. The functional kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, table plancha, and crepe maker. A modern shower room with WC completes the layout. A baby booster seat is also available.
