Description
By Ristinge Strand is this cottage with swimming pool and whirlpool. In the large pool room you will find the lovely swimming pool and a whirlpool for 4 people. There is also a separate shower in the pool room. There is a large, combined living / dining room furnished with good furniture. The living room is also equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player and a digital satellite dish. The kitchen department is richly equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs, refrigerator with 60 l freezer and microwave. From both the kitchen and the living room there is direct access to the house terrace. The house has a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating as well as a guest toilet. There are four bedrooms and a loft. For the little holiday guests there are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. On the plot there is a swing set, play boat, slide and petanque court, all of which provide many hours of entertainment for the whole family. The house is located on a 1428 m & # 178; large natural plot just a short walk from Ristinge Strand. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
