Description
High-rise cottage with whirlpool and sauna and good views over the countryside and down over the Limfjord, both from the terrace and the balcony on the 1st floor. The whole house was completely renovated in 2013 and looks inviting with comfortable furniture. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with associated dining room and living room. In the large activity room there is table tennis, billiards, darts and Wii game console. In the landscaped garden there are also football goals, swing and barbecue. The two bathrooms are both with shower and in one you will find an infrared sauna and a whirlpool. In addition, there is a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms have single beds that can be easily moved and used as double beds. There is a cot and high chair for the youngest guests. On the 1st floor is the large living room and the master bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds. From the living room there is access to the large balcony. Both outside and inside there is comfortable furniture. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A good holiday home with spa, beautiful view and nice place by the sea,
It was a wonderfully spacious house with nice entertainment options: table tennis, billiards and wellness options. The washing machine and dryer were also nice. / Only the hot water supply is too short. If you take a bath, there is no hot water for the next few hours. rest of the family, Now we were 4 people, but we don't understand how this works when you have 10 people in the house, Please note that not all of us can take a hot shower without a 4-hour break, ,

Large and good living room, good size garden, Billiards and table tennis were used a lot,
It was really good that there was plenty of space, that there was an activity room and that there were two bathrooms,
We hadden een geweldige stay! De locatie was rustig, maar dichtbij alles wat we wilden zien, De eigenaren waren behulpzaam en vriendelijk, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden, Deze plek is zeer aan te raden!
