Welcome to this fantastic accommodation for the large family. Enjoy Branä's most beautiful view as your nearest neighbour. Cozy cottage in the Swedish mountains of 94 sqm with 10 beds. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, large cabin with kitchenette, sauna, shower, WC, drying cabinet, cable TV and balcony. In the loft there are two separate bedrooms and a WC. Homely furnished living room with sofa group and TV (with cable TV). Cozy kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster and dishwasher. The accommodation has two bedrooms on the lower level; one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. Attic stairs to sleeping loft with two separate bedrooms with a single bed and a double bed in each bedroom. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with WC, shower and sauna.. Extra WC in the loft. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. Balcony west and south. Possibility to also rent the neighboring house, Vargen 28B, and open up between the apartments, for even larger accommodation. Drying cabinet. Free Wi-Fi. Charging station for electric cars is available at the cottage. The cottage was expanded and renovated during the summer of 2022. A grill is available at the cottage. 50-75 meters from the cabin there are outdoor grills and a hot tub. In summer, the nearest shop and restaurant are 150 meters away. SUP is easily rented at the swimming area below the mountain. A popular activity within close driving distance is to build a raft and take a ride on the Klarälven. There is a swimming area in Likenäs, behind the ICA store in a pond with fresh water from a stream. Another swimming area is down in Branäs, in the clear river (with a beach). The cottage owner also rents out Vargen 28B (wall-to-wall with a door in between), perfect if you are a large group. Cottage no. 54474 Welcome!

De indeling van het huis werkte goed voor onze groep. Doordat het huis twee aparte verdiepingen had, was er wat privacy wanneer nodig. Bovendien maakten de nabijgelegen restaurantmogelijkheden het gemakkelijk om uit eten te gaan toen we geen zin hadden om te koken.
"We hadden een leuk", praktisch verblijf in dit vakantiehuis, Het was ruim genoeg voor onze groep, en de keuken had alle benodigdheden die we nodig hadden om maaltijden te bereiden, De indeling met de aparte slaapkamers werkte goed voor ons, zodat iedereen wat privacy had, De internetverbinding was betrouwbaar, wat belangrijk was voor onze groep, De nabijheid van de skiliften was een bonus
Een charmante en ruime cottage die onze verwachtingen overtrof, Alles was goed onderhouden en de indeling werkte goed voor onze familie, De nabijgelegen skiliften waren handig voor onze winteractiviteiten, We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!
Schoon en comfortabel, met genoeg ruimte voor onze groep, We hielden van het zitgedeelte buiten en de gemakkelijke toegang tot nabijgelegen zwemlocaties,
Deze plek is een hele vibe, Perfect voor fam hangouts of squad goals, De sauna is anders na een dag op de pistes, Plus, de keuken heeft alles voor late-night snack sessies, Pro tip: de bubbelpool is een must voor relaxte avonden, 10/10 zou aanbevelen,
Geweldige plek voor een groot gezin, super gezellig en schoon, De sauna was een mooi detail!
