Description
In the Kleinsimlinghaus - Wall
Quietly located holiday apartment in East Frisia (approx. 70 m²), ideal for families with a master bedroom and a children's room with bunk beds and a cot for toddlers, just a few meters from the train station (yet no train noise!). A holiday with four adults is also possible, as there is a comfortable sofa in the living room that converts into a double bed.
The kitchen was recently completely renovated and is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and highchair. A washing machine is available in the bathroom with shower. (Those with children will be very happy about this...). The children's room was newly furnished after the renovation in August 2019. The period from 2020 to 2021 was used to renovate the remaining rooms as well.
The terrace with garden furniture (new in August 2019) and a beach chair invites you to enjoy balmy summer evenings. A parking space is, of course, included.
