The Villa Axarquia in Moclinejo/Malaga has a fantastic view over the bay of Malaga. (Distances: Old town of Malaga: 25 min, beach: 12 min, golf course: 8 min, airport: 30 min, village: 2 min). The view of Malaga at night is particularly described in many travel guides. Through the new panoramic windows in every room you can enjoy this view from everywhere. The villa is approx. 165sqm and is divided into 2 floors. On the lower floor there is the living and dining room (with satellite TV and a fireplace), a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are the two spacious bedrooms, each with a luxurious bathroom (en-suite) and a balcony, as well as the entrance to the house with a 60sqm covered carport for 4 cars. The villa is an excellent starting point for numerous day trips. The house was completely renovated and modernized in 2019. All pool functions, heating, air conditioning, irrigation and a weather station can be controlled via the Internet. For the cooler seasons, there is central heating, which is particularly pleasant in December and January, and an open fireplace. In addition to its unusual shape, the pool has a built-in bench and is unique in the area. The large terraces have luxurious garden furniture and a pergola. The property is 8,500 square meters. The upper part (approx. 1,000 m²) is completely fenced and not visible.

Wat een heerlijke plek! Villa Axarquia overtrof onze verwachtingen op zoveel manieren, De panoramische ramen brachten de adembenemende uitzichten direct in de woonkamer, en het zwembad was een geweldige plek om te ontspannen, De gastheren waren vriendelijk en responsief, en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden, We hebben vooral genoten van de nabijgelegen stranden en het charmante dorpje op slechts enkele minuten afstand, Een fantastische basis om de prachtige regio Malaga te verkennen!
