Description
Holiday accommodation for 8 people or more Children's beds (extra), 1 baby bed), 6 double rooms, 2 large 3-bed rooms (on 3 levels), several showers/toilets, lounge with TV, fireplace, DVD, sofa bed (approx. 35m²), large kitchen (well equipped)
The number of bedrooms provided depends on the number of people. Single room - if possible - 10.-€ surcharge per night.
Due to the currently sharp increase in maintenance/running costs, we unfortunately have to charge our guests 3.50.- per person/night (payable on arrival on site)
Outdoor facilities with lawn, terrace etc., generally single occupancy. 5 parking spaces directly in front of the house, more nearby
For holiday workshops we offer an additional beautiful room of approx. 80m² - wooden floor, Berber carpets, bright and "sunlit" (if it shines) (to be booked separately. This room is not available for family and friends meetings

We found the Josephine Zöller House to be very functional for our group trip, Lots of beds and bathrooms, which made for a comfortable stay, The parking was convenient too!
L'appartement était confortable et bien équipé, parfait pour notre voyage en famille au ski, La cuisine avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour préparer des repas, et la terrasse était un endroit charmant pour se détendre après une journée sur les pistes,
Geweldige ervaring! De indeling van het huis bood ruimte voor privacy wanneer dat nodig was, maar bood ook voldoende ruimte voor gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waar de familie samen kon komen. Het nabijgelegen Leistruper Wald was ideaal voor onze natuurwandelingen.
Super gezellig en schoon! De buitenruimte is een hele mood voor zomer-BBQ's, De locatie is ook perfect, niet ver van leuke parken en musea, Zeker een plek om wat Insta-herinneringen te maken!
Over het algemeen een geweldige ervaring, Het Josephine Zöller Huis is goed uitgerust en comfortabel, We vonden het aanvankelijk een beetje moeilijk te vinden, maar toen we eenmaal aankwamen, was het een gezellige basis voor onze avonturen
Genoten van de nabijheid van attracties zoals Externsteine en Hermannsdenkmal, De gastheren waren gastvrij en accommodating
