The home is highly energy-efficient, utilizing a geothermal heating system to ensure a comfortable stay in any season. With five well-furnished bedrooms and an additional mezzanine, the layout is ideal for large families or groups. The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts, featuring a massive freezer of 250 liters or more—perfect for storing the catch of the day from the local fishing spots. While the surroundings offer peace and fresh air, the cozy restaurants of Årøsund are just a kilometer away, serving classic Danish dishes like fried eel. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
