The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a TV including Netflix, CD player, DVD player, and a fireplace, as well as a dining area with a new fitted kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner electric stove, microwave, oven, raclette grill, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, dishwasher, and ample crockery).

Tasteful artwork adorns the living and dining area, and the fireplace provides pleasant warmth on cold days.

The new sofas in the seating area (with bright reading lights) have a comfortable seat height of almost 50 cm. The adjoining terrace offers a lovely view of the fields and the dike, and the well-maintained lawn invites you to play and relax together. Garden furniture, a swing, sun loungers, a large parasol, and a barbecue can be found in the storage room.

``` On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with good mattresses and a wardrobe. Blackout curtains and insect screens are provided, and the modern, bright bathroom with a nearly walk-in shower and washing machine is directly opposite. A clothesline, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are available should you need them during your holiday.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a smart TV and a WC with a sink right next to it. This bedroom has a solid wood double bed with good mattresses (50 cm high), as well as a TV, CD player, and radio. Opposite is a multi-purpose room for dressing, reading, working (small desk), and watching TV, with a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm).

The holiday home is located in a small, well-maintained holiday park with a beautiful view of the dike. Here you can find peace and relaxation in any weather, experience the impressive ebb and flow of the tides, and explore the idyllic Wadden Sea landscape.
