On the ground floor of the house is the very tastefully furnished living room with an open-plan kitchen. A TV, radio, CD and DVD player are provided. The open-plan kitchen includes all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. The living room opens onto the terrace and garden.
A sandbox and play equipment are available for children in the garden. Also on the ground floor are a guest toilet and a utility room, which houses the washing machine.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the other two bedrooms each have a double bed (140x200 cm). Each bedroom has a TV.
Upstairs, there is also a very spacious bathroom with a shower.
The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. A high chair and a stair gate are provided for young children. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Two parking spaces are located at the house.
