Villa de Alevtina has a total of four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, accommodating up to ten guests. Two living rooms with sofa beds, a cozy dining area, and a 70 sq m covered terrace with BBQ and patio furniture (which can be enclosed if needed) offer ample space for a larger group or family to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. Villa de Alevtina is furnished to a high standard, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and central gas heating. The living room also features a fireplace that provides cozy warmth in winter, making it ideal for winter stays. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washer-dryer, coffee maker, microwave, two large refrigerators, oven, and more, leaves nothing to be desired.
