The property is located in the Upper Harz, a fascinating region in both summer and winter. During the winter months, you can choose between the ski areas of Braunlage, Wurmberg, and Hohegeiß. These offer ideal conditions for both beginners and advanced skiers and extend to a maximum altitude of approximately 1,000 meters. Cross-country skiers will find numerous trails in the area.
In summer, the surrounding area invites you to explore the Upper Harz nature reserve, the Brocken (the highest mountain in the Harz), and the World Heritage towns of Quedlinburg and Goslar. For sporting activities, there are excellent opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, tobogganing, tennis, and much more. Quads and bicycles can also be rented on site, including guided quad tours.
