Casa Bella Vista
Our holiday home is situated on a secluded, fenced plot of approximately 2800 m² in the middle of a hill. You'll enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the medieval town of Mondolfo, whose center is about 1 km from the house. You'll experience complete peace and quiet, yet you won't be isolated. The nearest neighbors live about 100 m above and below the house.
The sea with its public beaches is only 5 km away.
Our holiday home also offers parking on the property, as well as an outdoor grill and an outdoor shower with hot water.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a living room of approximately 40 m² with an open fireplace, satellite TV, and large, solid wood benches and tables. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. A washing machine is also provided.
Upstairs, you'll find four double bedrooms and a bunk bed for children. Bed linen is provided. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a large roof terrace.
