This cozy little holiday apartment for 4 people, with its own entrance and terrace, is attached to our villa.
The ground floor of Boet 36Z is L-shaped. At the front is a sitting area with two armchairs and a designer bench. At the rear are a sideboard and an Art Deco dining table, adjacent to the open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
From the kitchen, you enter the stairwell with a cloakroom, WC, and washing machine.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom (with a sink and shower) and a separate second toilet.
There are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two comfortable (box-spring) beds. The beds are separate and can be pushed apart. A large wardrobe provides ample space for hanging or storing clothes and suitcases.
From one bedroom, you have a sea view, while the other offers a view through the rear of Villa Boet towards Emmastraat.
The upper floor has laminate flooring. Original artwork adorns the walls. The holiday home features double-glazed windows. The location next to the street doesn't mean you'll be bothered by traffic noise. The paving, the length of the driveway, and the patio mitigate that.
