Villa Malathiros offers stunning views of the coast and the sea, 80 sq m of living space for 4 to 6 people, and a private garden area with a private pool.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a French double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room would accommodate two additional children. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and Jacuzzi, and one with a bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned, and on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The open-plan living area features a fireplace and comfortable seating for 6 people. Outside, a charcoal grill, a veranda, and a private pool (8 x 3 m, 1.55 m deep) invite you to relax and offer stunning panoramic views down the slope to the west coast, with its shimmering blue sea and offshore islands.
The houses were built with respect for tradition and nature, harmoniously combining stone and wood, so that every corner offers moments of relaxation. The earthy colors and tasteful furnishings in the rooms lend a touch of serenity and tranquility. The houses can be rented year-round.
The complex consists of six independent houses offering privacy, four of which are available for rent: two measuring 67 sq m and two measuring 80 sq m. Each house is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a toaster, oven, and washing machine, for the comfort of our guests. Each house also has a terrace and balcony with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. The outdoor area has been carefully landscaped with plants of the local flora and fauna. There are beds of local herbs that guests can freely use while enjoying the fresh organic garden produce.
