NEW: The garden holiday apartment is located in Sonnenwinkl, Kössen in the Kaiserwinkl region, with views of the Wilder Kaiser and Zahmer Kaiser mountains.
We are very family-friendly, and guests seeking peace and quiet while still enjoying an active holiday are also welcome.
There are beautiful walking trails in the surrounding area. The town center, shops, restaurants, the forest swimming pool, the bus stop, and ski buses are all within easy walking distance.
The gondola lift to the renowned Hochkössen ski area is also just a 5-minute drive away.
Hiking and cycling trails are located directly at the house, and access to a cross-country ski trail is possible. The Reit im Winkl golf course is 1 km away.
For bikers and motorcyclists: A bike garage with service facilities is available. We also have dedicated motorcycle tour maps, including some for convertible drivers!
