Description
Maisonette in the hall
The guesthouse, built of limestone rubble with a half-timbered gable, abuts a small 18th-century vintner's house at the rear.
Originally a completely self-contained outbuilding, it once served as a goat shed and hayloft.
The conversion has transformed it into a cozy maisonette apartment (2 x 15 sq m) with a ground-floor bedroom for two people and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
A narrow wooden staircase leads to the living room above. Here, one can peacefully play the piano, read, or, depending on the mood, enjoy coffee or a glass of Ingelheim red wine.
The guesthouse is too small for a kitchenette and is therefore only suitable for short stays.
At night, you'll sleep soundly, as the maisonette is located in a quiet side street, completely free from traffic noise.
