The 55 sq m (500 sq ft) holiday apartment is located in the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel on the North Sea coast.
The house, built in 1986, contains a total of four holiday apartments.
The apartment includes a parking space, a private garden, and a terrace. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided.
The two bedrooms contain one double bed and two single beds. The living room is furnished with a spacious gray corner sofa, a 127 cm (50-inch) LCD UHD flat-screen TV (digital satellite TV), and a hi-fi stereo system with CD player, DVD player, and Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is free.
The white kitchenette features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a four-zone ceramic cooktop, and an extractor hood. A coffee maker, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and ample dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans are also provided. A high chair is available.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the partially covered terrace.
Towels and bed linens are available for an additional fee.
The apartment can be occupied from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
