This vacation rental is located in the heart of Rome's historic center, in Piazza di Spagna, just 20 meters from the Spanish Steps in a pedestrian zone. The apartment is on the 6th floor, directly below the rooftop terrace, in one of the city's most prestigious and elegant buildings, with boutiques and offices of the renowned Italian fashion house Valentino on the lower floors. An elevator is available upon request via a separate staircase. Please note that stairs are required (one flight of stairs up and down from the elevator).

The rooms feature large, double-glazed windows and ceilings over four meters high, offering a quiet location with morning sun. The furnishings are modern and functional. All rooms have parquet flooring.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom features a luxury combination bed from the Italian bedding company Flou, with two single beds, comfortable orthopedic mattresses, and a pull-out function. A crib can be provided upon request.

The bathrooms are elegant, one featuring a whirlpool shower. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, a new dishwasher with an additional hygiene program, and a toaster. The dining area is separate. A safe is built into a wardrobe. The apartment is well-heated in winter and cooled in summer with new, eco-friendly air-conditioned units.

The sunny, well-maintained roof garden, located one floor above, is available for use. It boasts numerous roses, lemon and orange trees, and offers a magnificent 360-degree view of Rome. Satellite TV with many German and English channels and Wi-Fi are provided. A washing machine is available for use. Several US-style electrical outlets are available. The apartment is rented directly by the German owner, who is happy to offer sightseeing tips. Thanks to fast trains, day trips to the surrounding area are possible, with a return to the apartment in the evening. Train travel time to Florence is 90 minutes, and to Naples, 65 minutes. A day trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius is also easily arranged.
