The 138 sqm non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building of a listed Gulfhof farm, renovated in 2013, surrounded by a garden and mature trees.

It was lovingly prepared for rental in the winter of 2017 and furnished with new antique-style furniture.

Two steps from the hallway lead to the spacious master bedroom with a Hülsta wardrobe and a high-quality 200 x 200 cm double bed, a desk, and a TV. A child's bed can also be set up here with simple handles.

The third bedroom offers two single beds measuring 100 x 200 cm. There are ample wardrobes, dressers, and shelves in all rooms.

This is a non-smoking apartment. One dog, at least 1 year old, is welcome. Unfortunately, the ground floor apartment is only partially accessible for people with walking difficulties due to the two steps. We have installed grab rails where possible.

Fly screens are installed in all rooms.

The apartment's outdoor area includes:

- a small south-facing terrace with new seating for up to 6 people and a parasol
- a 400 sqm fenced garden (1.20 m high, metal fence), also with new seating for everyone
