Description
The 138 sqm non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building of a listed Gulfhof farm, renovated in 2013, surrounded by a garden and mature trees.
It was lovingly prepared for rental in the winter of 2017 and furnished with new antique-style furniture.
The apartment consists of:
- 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 twin bed),
- a large bathroom with double sinks, separate toilet, and bathtub,
- a large walk-in shower, hairdryer, changing table,
- a washing machine and dryer,
- a fly screen
The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
From the approximately 50 sqm combined living-dining room, two steps (with grab rails) lead to the former "Upkammer" (up chamber), which is now used as an open-plan kitchen in the front part.

The American fridge-freezer in a retro design is a real eye-catcher!
At the rear of the upstairs room is a double bedroom, which we have furnished in romantic white with a 180 x 200 cm bed, a mirrored wardrobe, and a TV.
Two steps from the hallway lead to the spacious master bedroom with a Hülsta wardrobe and a high-quality 200 x 200 cm double bed, a desk, and a TV. A child's bed can also be set up here with simple handles.
The third bedroom offers two single beds measuring 100 x 200 cm. There are ample wardrobes, dressers, and shelves in all rooms.
This is a non-smoking apartment. One dog, at least 1 year old, is welcome. Unfortunately, the ground floor apartment is only partially accessible for people with walking difficulties due to the two steps. We have installed grab rails where possible.
Fly screens are installed in all rooms.
The apartment's outdoor area includes:
- a small south-facing terrace with new seating for up to 6 people and a parasol
- a 400 sqm fenced garden (1.20 m high, metal fence), also with new seating for everyone
- 2 comfortable sun loungers
- an 800 sqm, 1.20 m high fenced outdoor area for dogs to romp and play

I stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed it, The location was quiet and perfect for exploring the nearby attractions like the Seehundstation, The room was comfy and clean, even had a lovely view, Would definitely come back again!

Ideal für Paare! Die ruhige Umgebung machte es zu einem friedlichen Rückzugsort, und die Nähe zur Seehundstation Nationalpark-Haus war ein wunderschöner Bonus
Ein schöner Aufenthalt insgesamt! Die Lage war friedlich, umgeben von Natur, und es war nur eine kurze Autofahrt zum malerischen Leuchtturm Norderney, Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause
