New 20cm cold foam mattresses, a large 32" flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe, and a glass vanity complete the comfortable amenities. Electric roller shutters with remote control are also installed.
The living room boasts a comfortable genuine leather sofa that converts into a full-fledged bed with its own new mattress, an electric designer chaise lounge in genuine leather, a genuine leather armchair, a 43" HD TV, and a hi-fi system.
A glass coffee table and several glass side tables provide ample storage space.
The dining area is enhanced by Ghost chairs made of transparent acrylic glass and an extendable designer steel and glass dining table by Spinder-Design.
Both the living room and the bedroom offer direct access to the 25 sq m wraparound corner balcony. Two comfortable balcony chairs, a loveseat with an integrated table, and a sun lounger invite you to sunbathe at a lofty height. An awning provides shade if needed.
The living room, with its dining area and convenient access to the open-plan kitchen, is ideal for enjoying the maritime atmosphere and panoramic views. The bedroom features new carpeting.
The bathroom has a full bathtub that can also be used as a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, a storage shelf, and a washer-dryer.
The compact kitchen is optimally designed and includes a sink, a ceramic cooktop and oven, a small dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Ample glasses, dishes, and cutlery, as well as pots and pans, a toaster, a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine, and a kettle are also provided.

An underground parking space can be rented upon request at a special rate of €15 per day (the regular rate is €18).
