Spacious Living and High-Quality Furnishings The ground floor boasts a generous living room (30 m²) furnished with a comfortable seating area and a 75-inch smart TV. The bay window with a dining area provides ample space for up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: an induction cooktop, a convenient height oven, a refrigerator-freezer with three large freezer compartments, as well as a built-in washing machine and dishwasher make cooking and household chores simple and convenient. Bedrooms and Bathrooms On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a sliding-door wardrobe. The ground floor bathroom is equipped with high-quality fixtures from Villeroy & Boch and Grohe, and features a shower, heated towel rail, and a radio for added comfort. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: two with twin beds and walk-in closets, and the master bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious wardrobe. The second bathroom on the upper floor boasts a bathtub and shower.
