The modern, spacious ground-floor apartment was newly furnished in 2014. It has a separate entrance (at the rear of the house, see photo) and sleeps four (one double room, one twin room) plus one crib.
The apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and internet access is available.
The apartment can also be rented together with the upstairs apartment, accommodating a total of ten people plus two cribs (for children up to three years old).
In the spacious garden (900 m²), you have your own private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Sun loungers and various outdoor games are also provided. Guests are welcome to use the neighboring property's garden (2,000 m²).
Two bicycles and one child's bicycle are available for shared use (with the upstairs apartment).
We have set up a fitness room in the former milking parlor of the neighboring Gulfhof farm at Dorfstraße 6. The room is available free of charge to all tenants of the holiday apartments at Dorfstraße 4 and 6. It is equipped with professional fitness equipment for cardio and strength training.
