The beautiful Villa Mare is located just 150 meters from the fine sandy beach and on the border of Forte dei Marmi. Its large garden offers both sunny and shady spots, and a spacious wraparound terrace extends from the living room to the kitchen. Here you'll find a wonderful sheltered dining area with an awning and a large barbecue, perfect for enjoyable evenings grilling. The lovely kitchen, with access to the terrace, is fully equipped with a large gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The generous living room features a built-in fireplace in a natural stone wall and satellite TV.

On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers/toilets. On the raised ground floor, there is a small, cozy single bedroom with a tilt-and-turn window, and on the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide bed, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
Villa Mare is very well-appointed, and the well-equipped kitchen, in particular, will delight any home cook.
