It is located on a 2200 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself is laid out over 420 m2. It has an imposing exterior, partly covered in stone, it has a swimming pool of 60 m2 with salt. Part of the pool has air and water massage.

The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a bedroom with two single beds, plus a bathrom.
An internal staircase leads to four bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies on the upper floor. These have excellent audio-video equipment, air conditioning.
Two opposite sides of the ground floor are closed with sliding glass walls, providing this space with plenty of natural light and allowing the whole area to turn into a large open plan living room, with direct access to the pool and terrace on one side and an open-air PLC wellness, jacuzzi/ Jacuzzi and sauna on the other side.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house is suitable for people with wheelchairs. Larger groups are welcome.
