The maisonette apartment has a separate entrance, a hallway, a bathroom (completely renovated in 2021) with shower and toilet, a living room with a large sofa, dining area, and kitchenette (completely renovated in November 2022). All appliances are included, including a dishwasher, and there is a flat-screen TV.
The bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed and a pull-out single bed (suitable for one child), and a wall-mounted TV. The approximately 22 m² terrace (completely renovated in 2022) and the garden area are perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view of the Hochgern mountain. It's also ideal for barbecuing and sunbathing. (Garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue are provided.)
A parking space is located directly at the house.
The center of Grassau and a swimming pond are a 10-minute walk away.
