Located in the reception building of Park Heerehof with its own private entrance, this sustainable property is entirely gas-free and features comfortable underfloor heating powered by a central, CO2-neutral wood pellet stove. Sitting right at the foot of the expansive Schoorl dunes and just a few minutes' walk from the charming village center, it serves as the ideal base for couples, small families, or friends looking to explore nature. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home.

The bright interior features two functional levels. The ground floor includes a cozy living and dining area with a compact dining table, four chairs, and a smart TV, alongside an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob and Nespresso machine.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms: the main with two box-spring beds and the second with two singles, both with fresh linens and equipped with fans and mosquito nets. The family bathroom boasts a rain shower and modern fixtures.
While there’s no private balcony, guests can use shared picnic tables at the reception area for a relaxing outdoor experience. The booking includes high-speed WiFi, a stair gate, and a private parking space.
