Designed with sustainability in mind, the property is completely gas-free and features underfloor heating powered by a CO2-neutral central wood pellet stove. Sitting right at the foot of the expansive Schoorl dunes and within easy reach of the beach, it serves as a perfect romantic haven for couples looking to escape into nature. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home.

The bright interior spans two floors. The ground floor opens into a warm, colorfully decorated living space with a comfortable seating area, smart TV, and dining table. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, hand blender, fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine. For added accessibility, guests can request to utilize the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom layout instead of the upper level when reserving.

By default, the upper floor hosts a spacious master bedroom featuring a plush double box-spring bed prepared with fresh linens, alongside a luxury family bathroom complete with a wonderful rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Outside, doors open to a private garden and terrace space where you can take in the scenic dune views. The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol, making it ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The lodge also includes high-speed WiFi, a private parking space, and a stair gate for peace of mind.
