The thoughtful layout is structured around three separate sleeping wings, each with its own bathroom, plus an additional fourth bathroom connected to the pool area, all featuring comfortable underfloor heating. The central heart of the home is the tastefully decorated open-plan living and dining lounge, which features a spacious XL-kitchen with all modern amenities, a dining area, and a sitting nook with a flat-screen TV and a cozy wood-burning stove. Right across from the living area, you will find the massive activity room, guaranteeing hours of entertainment with pool/billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 2, alongside a music system and a second comfortable sofa lounge with its own flat-screen TV. The sleeping arrangements consist of eight comfortable bedrooms (six rooms with double beds and two rooms with single beds) and two cozy sleeping lofts, all thoughtfully fitted with high-quality box mattresses. For families traveling with toddlers, a baby cot and a high chair are also provided on-site. Outside, the expansive, partially covered sun terrace invites you to enjoy sunny afternoons and cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends in premium garden furniture. The vast natural plot surrounding the villa offers unlimited space for outdoor games and fun, coming fully equipped with a sandpit, swing set, play frame, and a large trampoline to keep the children entertained. Please note that this property is completely smoke-free and is not available for rent to youth groups. Due to the grand size of the house, the final cleaning fee deviates from the standard list price, and the utility consumption, cleaning, and security deposit are settled directly in cash on-site with the caretaker.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
