The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping quarters. Each department has 1 bathroom plus an extra bathroom in the pool area. A total of 4 bathrooms, all have underfloor heating. All 8 bedrooms and two lofts have box mattresses. The pool area includes a large swimming pool, water slide, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you find the activity area with a flat-screen TV and music system where you can play a game of darts, billiards or pool at the pool table, play table tennis or table football. On the big plot that surrounds the house there are swings and sandbox. Large open sun terrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
