The holiday home is located in the Recknitz Valley, near the Baltic Sea (approx. 16 km).
The Recknitz River flows near the house.
A leisurely paddling trip in the house's own canoe is highly recommended.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation, the house, with its unique location directly adjacent to a nature reserve, offers ideal conditions.
The Recknitz meadows and the adjacent beech forest lend the area a tranquil atmosphere.
From the terrace or the dining room window, you can observe the diverse wildlife, such as cranes, geese, swans, and the ever-present roe deer.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with a cozy dining area. You can cook on the four-burner gas stove or use the large wood-burning stove with a viewing window. A microwave makes preparing quick meals easy.
Also located on the ground floor are the small bathroom and the cloakroom. The conservatory leads to the second bedroom, which offers beautiful views from the moment you wake up, thanks to its large panoramic window.
Upstairs, you will find the living room and the master bedroom. Your holiday home is equipped with Wi-Fi and a telephone.
The fully fenced, approximately 1100 sq m property is ideal for your four-legged friend.
