You enter the tastefully furnished maisonette apartment through a private front door and, through the light-filled living and dining area with open-plan kitchen, you have a view of the terrace. A modern fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired. The shower room with natural light is also located on the ground floor. From the terrace, you can access the garden and enjoy views of the water. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows with insect screens ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
