This modern property changed hands in May 2022, and the entire interior was upgraded, resulting in a successful makeover :)
The house is spread over two levels. The upper level (in the main house) features two double bedrooms, a shower room, a living/dining room, a modern kitchen, and a terrace.
The lower level (accessible via the external staircase) has a double bedroom (en suite) with direct access to the pool terrace and a very well-equipped summer kitchen.
The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the outdoor area surrounding the pool, complete with a lounge, sun loungers, and a Mediterranean garden.
