The Swantje holiday apartment in the Residenz zum Südstrand is located on the first floor of the building at Süderstrasse 44 and is easily accessible by elevator or via an external staircase.
The apartment is modernly furnished and offers amenities comparable to a 4-star standard. Numerous windows make the apartment very bright. An interesting side note: Swantje offers a view of all three lighthouses on Borkum.
The Swantje holiday apartment has two levels and is suitable for 2 to 3 people.
The lower level comprises the living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom for two people and the bathroom. The bedroom wardrobe also contains a pull-out bed. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable bed with a 1.20 m wide sleeping area (high-quality cold foam mattress).
You can enjoy the sun on the balcony in the afternoon and evening.
