The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022.

The lovely living room offers a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette (with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle).
The large south-facing balcony, furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach chair, can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.
The bedroom has a TV, a double bed, and a wardrobe. The windows have blackout curtains.
A travel cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability. A high chair can be booked for a fee.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, hairdryer, towel warmer, and toilet.
A small storage room is also available in the apartment.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and up to 2 children, or 3 adults without any additional guests.
A parking space (clearance 1.69 m, length 5 m: not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle parking spaces in the building's underground garage are included. A small lockable storage room is available for e-bikes.
Oversized cars can be parked for a fee in the communal parking lot at the entrance to the town or in the Wylichstraße parking garage.
