It consists of a light-filled, open-plan living area with a small entrance hall and wardrobe, a combined kitchen and living room, a dining area for four people, a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm sleeping area) with a smart TV, a separate bedroom (bed with a 180 x 200 cm sleeping area) with a smart TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment also has a 27-square-meter terrace with garden furniture.
In the exclusive LEICHT kitchen, you can cook on an induction hob with variable cooking zones, wash dishes in a fully integrated dishwasher with internal LED lighting, keep your drinks and food cool in a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and use the automatic programs in the oven with integrated microwave for excellent results. The extractor hood, invisibly integrated into the cabinetry, captures cooking odors.
