The lower level comprises a living room with a kitchenette and adjoining balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower/WC, a storage room, and a hallway. The converted attic (studio) is a children's paradise, featuring another double bed, a cozy sitting area, an LED TV, and a DVD/CD player.
All bedding is provided with disposable mite-proof covers for each guest.
Electric roller shutters and insect screens are fitted to all windows and the balcony door.
The floors are laminate or tiled (shower/WC).
