Holiday home in Algund with sauna and Wi-Fi

The house is located in the heart of the small hamlet of Aschbach, a district of Algund, surrounded by the Aschbach farmsteads.
The small garden features two cozy seating areas and a sauna for approximately four people. Next to it is a small storage shed for firewood and possibly bicycles.

The holiday home offers 100 square meters of living space. The ground floor comprises a large eat-in kitchen with a kitchen table, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a firebox for the wood-burning stove. Adjacent to this is the spacious living room with a comfortable table and corner bench, a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and a television. From there, you can access the lower, west-facing bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

A staircase leads from the kitchen/hallway up to the bright upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom (west-facing) is a double room, and the other (southeast-facing) is a triple room with additional sleeping space on the mezzanine.
Upstairs, you can enjoy the expansive view of the Vinschgau Valley and the evening sun from the cozy southwest-facing balcony.
Our holiday home is furnished with high-quality wooden furniture, and the oiled spruce/larch floors and sauna are sourced from our own forest.
During the renovation, we placed great emphasis on natural, sustainable construction methods.
